As an Executive in the Hospitality Industry, Patrick brings more than 30 years of experience leading Operations Teams and Global Finance for major hospitality and real estate companies. Patrick’s expertise provides strategic and operational leadership that balances vision and planning with hands-on excellence in execution.
Patrick began his hospitality and real estate career with Marriott International, Inc., spending 14 years in a variety of operational finance leadership roles across multiple brands including Marriott, Renaissance Hotels, Ritz-Carlton, and Marriott Vacation Club.
After Marriott, Patrick became CFO of the Americas Region at Hilton. His significant contributions include $200 million in savings through the implementation of world class labor management systems, re-organizing the Americas regional teams across disciplines to drive alignment and accountability, above market results across 340 owned/leased/JV/managed properties, and implementation of world class reporting.
Blackstone (owner of Hilton at the time), recognizing Patrick’s achievements brought him to New York as Principal of Hospitality Real Estate. In this role, he oversaw asset management for up to $15 billion in both select service and full-service hotel investments.
He possesses a keen ability to maximize returns on investments through operational achievement, capital deployment and strong leadership.
